I notify to Your Excellency that the Ministry granted the following extraordinary checks: 600 Lire to buy the furniture for the office adjacent to the Dermosyphilopathic  Clinic and 500 Lire to purchase a number of models for the School of Geometry of the University.
The constraints on our budget for the current year do not allow the Minister to grant a larger sum.
I kindly request Your Excellency to inform the Professors Achille Breda and Giuseppe Veronese that  the above mentioned checks are immediately at their disposal and they can use the sum for the most necessary and urgent expenses.
As soon as they have done those payments, which must be completed by the end of the current financial year, I kindly request your Excellency to send a report to the  Ministry. As soon as possible the Ministry will issue an order of payment directly to the creditors, in accordance with the rules established by article 313 of the present regulations on the general accountancy of the State.
