Map of provenance of the editions

The books purchased and read by Marsili come from many cities, mostly in Europe (but there is, for example, a book printed in China).

The map represents the provenance of the editions (or, in the case of manuscripts, of production) of the volumes of the Marsili collection chosen for the exhibition at Palazzo Cavalli.

The different colours of the placeholders serve to indicate the centuries in which the books were created:
