This section aims to bear witness to those who participated in the exhibition Di Umana Natura, whether behind the scenes, in person, or as visitors.
Here you can view a gallery of photographs taken on the opening day, which featured speeches by Prof. Mauro Varotto, the Rector's Delegate for Museums and scientific director of the exhibition, who explored the theme of the virtuous role of human action in the creation and protection of biodiversity; followed by Dr Chiara Gallanti, curator of the Museum, who spoke about the cataloguing and digitisation of the Turri archive; next, Lucia Turri shared a moving memory of her father; finally, Prof. Francesco Vallerani, Turri's friend and colleague, retraced some key points in his career and life. At the end, Dr Carlotta Fassina, naturalist and co-curator of the exhibition, guided the audience on a tour of the exhibition.
Here you can read some pages from the visitors' book, compiled during the exhibition's opening period, from 30 May to 15 September 2025.
